One day out of the blue, my brother told me that he thought Tarot Card Reading would be my calling and I would be great at it. I thought he was pulling my leg and brushed off his suggestion. He persisted, gifted me a Deck, and encouraged me to learn it professionally. I forgot all about it, till a year later I accompanied my friend to her Tarot Card Reading session.
I was not the same person when I walked out after the Session, I was blown away.
My bubbling curiosity to know more about what I had seen nudged my memory back to my Brother urging me to learn Tarot Card Reading professionally, and I did.
When I started Professional Tarot Reading in 2004, I used to be a very different person. I was shy, inhibited, and an impatient listener.
Tarot Card Reading introduced me to people from all age groups and all walks of life. The glasses of disregard I used to wear to view the world with were replaced with awe.
I get to meet new people with each session. Strangers who trust me with their secrets, their joys, their despair. Strangers who trust another stranger to validate them and show them a ray of hope. Every session is an extremely humbling experience.
When I started out as a Reader I used to try and guess to myself about what issue would be plaguing the person who had walked in for a Reading and sat opposite me. Boy! Was I wrong! Never judge a book by its cover is a lesson I learn with every session! You can never really know what is going on in a person’s life.
Tarot Reading has made me realize that we humans are far more resilient than we give ourselves credit for. I have been witnessing my clients transform themselves and their lives, and that taught me to never give up. Sometimes life makes you step into a dark alley. It could be because of the decisions you made or because of somebody else’s decisions. The lesson is to keep going, till you see the light, or learn to find your way around the darkness.
Being a Tarot Card Reader changed me by remolding my thoughts. It has taught me that life is simple, it is we humans who complicate it. We have enough, the desire to want what others have is what causes problems.

How true that we humans have complicated our lives.
We have.
Interesting perspective. It is interesting to know that there was a change in your behavior and perspective as well as you understood your calling better and met new people.
Thank you, Neha.
What you said about trust is so true. I don’t read professionally, only for my friends, and the trust and weight they put behind my reading and interpretation is humbling.
Truly is. Thank you for reading, Suchita.
Isn’t is so fantastic to learn more about self while you help decode life for others? I really loved that you become a more patient listener after taking up Tarot professionally. This bring s so much joy, when you know you are evolving as a person too.
You are so right, Aesha. Thank you for reading.
Its hearting to read about your journey. Kudos to you
